Poem of Frozen Toes

A poem of frozen toes:

Still purple end of toes

short, slow walk 

listening to toes talk. 

Read in my January archived monthly message how I froze my toes and realized being kind to myself…letting go of harsh thoughts was a life raft during this painful, time of yet more “wintering.”

Who knew frostbite on toes can lead to long term nerve damage: peripheral neuropathy :-(
